02 / ELIGIBILITYEligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use stdout.chat. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old
- you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this Service.
03 / CONDUCTUser conduct
stdout.chat has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to use stdout.chat to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Illegal Content
- Sharing or requesting illegal content
- Sharing sexual content involving minors (CSAM)
- Violating any applicable law or regulation
Abuse and Harassment
- Harassment, threats, intimidation, or stalking
- Hate speech directed at individuals or groups
- Encouraging violence or self-harm
Privacy Violations
- Sharing personal information about others without consent
- Doxxing or exposing private identities
Service Abuse
- Spamming, flooding, or sending repeated unwanted messages
- Using bots or automated scripts without authorization
- Attempting to disrupt or degrade the Service
- Attempting to reverse engineer, exploit, or hack the Service
04 / MODERATIONModeration and enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor, investigate, and take action against violations of these Terms. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.
Actions may include:
- automatic filtering and blocking of prohibited content in real time
- blocking access to the Service
- restricting IP addresses or devices
- terminating sessions
- cooperating with law enforcement when required
/report command. All reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours. Offending content is removed and the user who provided it is ejected from the Service.
05 / UGCUser generated content
stdout.chat functions as a platform for user-generated communications.
- We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content of conversations between users.
- Users are solely responsible for the content they transmit through the Service.
06 / PRIVACYPrivacy disclaimer
stdout.chat does not require user accounts and does not intentionally store conversation history. However:
- IP addresses may be temporarily processed for technical and security purposes
- a pseudonymous Device ID is stored locally and used for the rating system
- network providers or other third parties may collect additional data
True anonymity cannot be guaranteed. Users who require stronger privacy protections should consider using tools such as VPNs or privacy-focused networks.

07 / AVAILABILITYAvailability of the service
stdout.chat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability
- error-free operation
- compatibility with all devices or networks

08 / LIABILITYLimitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, stdout.chat and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
